About the Course
Exercise plays a crucial role in supporting individuals living with LBD, by promoting muscle strength and improving balance, which may reduce the risk of falls. Exercise is also linked to improved mood and emotional well-being by boosting serotonin levels, helping to lessen common LBD symptoms such as anxiety, depression, and apathy.
